Dr. Daniel and Linda Haskins Endowed Scholarship

The oldest of five siblings, Dan always had a dream of becoming a veterinarian while growing up on a small farm in Rochester. Family financial constraints made Centralia College the logical, affordable place to begin the educational pursuit of a degree in veterinary medicine. Linda played a vital role in achieving this goal. Transferring to Washington State University and subsequently graduating from the WSU College of Veterinary Medicine in 1978, Dan joined a mixed animal practice in Stanwood, Washington, where he worked his entire 43 year career.
