Massie Belle Lowis Memorial Scholarship

The Massie Belle Lowis Memorial Scholarship was created by Keith and Nancy Macy in memory of Keith’s grandmother, Massie. This scholarship is to benefit a “non-traditional” student attending Centralia College.
