James Augustus Smith Arts Endowed Scholarship

Jim was a lifelong resident of Centralia who graduated from Centralia College and Western Washington University after serving in the United States Air Force. He was dedicated to Centralia and Lewis County where his legacy should remain. Jimmy found huge personal joy and fulfillment in playing music alone or for others. His wish was to support the young artistic interest and talent that otherwise might never surface. He hoped that his joy of the arts could be shared.
