Thelma Brooks Endowed Scholarship

The Thelma Brooks Endowed Scholarship was created in 1965 through the estate of Thelma Brooks who taught English at Centralia College for 14 years. Miss Brooks believed that a good college education should be available to everyone. It was not, therefore, a surprise to her former colleagues when they learned that she had left a generous provision in her estate to enable students to get a good education at Centralia College.
