Visiting Nurses Foundation Scholarship

The Visiting Nurses Foundation supports families during the most vulnerable chapters of their lives. Families and community are at the core of our foundation. In pursuit of our mission, we raise funds for home health and hospice care.

Through fundraisers, events and our Lewis County thrift store locations, we are able to help cover the costs of equipment, programs and vital care for patients in 8 counties. We proudly serve Lewis, Thurston, Jefferson, Clallam, Mason, Grant, Adams and Lincoln counties. ·
First preference will be to an employee of Assured Home Health Hospice and majoring in Nursing
Second preference will be to any Nursing major
Minimum high school GPA will be 3.0
